Arriving at one’s mid 70’s or early 80’s introduces the oft found necessity to untangle some knots. Knots have a way of happening without our having done much to contribute to them. On the other hand, our tendency to worry and fret and feel uncomfortable with what seems to be happening to us produces some of those hard-to-free knots.
